Glodyne Technoserve allots 93417 Shares under ESOS

Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has announced that the ESOS Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2009, has approved allotment of 93,417 (Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred & Seventeen) equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.413.75, down by Rs.6.25 or 1.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.413.75 and low of Rs.405.

The total traded quantity was 352 compared to 2 week average of 13390.
