Suryavanshi Spinning Mills to offer 45 lakh shares

Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2009, inter alia, has approved the Proposal to offer not exceeding 45,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to the promoters, directors, their relatives, group/associate Companies on preferential basis subject to the requisite approvals as may be required.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.90, up by Rs.0.49 or 4.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.90 and low of Rs.10.84.

The total traded quantity was 2746 compared to 2 week average of 3166.
