Ind Swift Laboratories allots 7 lakh shares at Rs 70

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2009, has allotted 7,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 60/- per shares to Promoters Group upon the conversion of 7,00,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (SERIES 2008).

The stock closed the day at Rs.41.10, down by Rs.0.60 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42 and low of Rs.40.85.
