Hinduja Foundries to raise Rs 50 crore

Hinduja Foundries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2009, inter alia, has decided to raise further Capital of Rs 50 crores and the terms and instruments of issue of Capital will be decided in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on June 19, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.75.15, down by Rs.3.95 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.77.85 and low of Rs.75.15.

The total traded quantity was 635 compared to 2 week average of 1344.
