Kappac Pharma to allot 30 lakh warrants

Kappac Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on June 13, 2009, and subject to the approval of the shareholders at their Meeting held on May 18, 2009, has decided to allot 30,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis.
