Kanchan International allots preference shares

Kanchan International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 8,55,000 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each to Promoter, i.e. Kanchan Kitchenaid Pvt. Ltd.
