Dollex Industries to consider fund raising proposal on Jun 19, 2009

Dollex Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal of preferential Allotment of Equity shares as per SEBI DIP Guidelines.

The Board will consider consider the proposal of issue of GDR / CDR's / FCCB / QIP subject to SEBI Guidelines and other requisite approvals, will consider the proposal of increase in Authorised capital and approve the Consequent ional changes in Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The Board will also consider the proposal by way of postal ballots for obtaining shareholders consent for the proposed issue of preferential allotment and GDR.

The Board will consider the proposal of appointing Mr. Anis Khan as CEO of the Company.
