Renaissance Jewellery extinguishes Warrants

Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has announced that 2666309 Warrants which were issued at the time of IPO and the same were open for conversion into Company's shares till the end of conversion period i.e. till May 31, 2009, have lapsed as none of the warrant holders have opted for conversion of such warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.39.10, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.70 and low of Rs.36.

The total traded quantity was 17921 compared to 2 week average of 36303.
