Epsom Properties defers rights issue proposal

Epsom Properties Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2009 unanimously resolved to defer the proposal for issue of further shares on rights basis to a later date and modify the size of the issue in view of the market conditions.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4.36, down by Rs.0.22 or 4.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.36 and low of Rs.4.36.

The total traded quantity was 2000 compared to 2 week average of 3252.
