HDFC allots 17063 equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on June 08, 2009, allotted 17,063 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,52,04,450 consisting 28,45,20,445 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2327.55, down by Rs.91.50 or 3.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2429 and low of Rs.2307.95.

The total traded quantity was 87594 compared to 2 week average of 128759.
