Rishabh Digha Steel & Allied Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 15, 2009, inter alia, to discuss and decide on forfeiture of Partly Paid-up Equity Shares in respect of which Final Call Notice has already been sent.
