Indowind Energy to consider restructuring of FCCBs on Jun 17, 2009

Indowind Energy Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 17, 2009, inter alia, to consider "Restructuring of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs").

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.55, up by Rs.1.40 or 3.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.50 and low of Rs.44.90.
