Sterling Holiday Resorts allots 9526500 shares

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 95,26,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 25/- per share and 5,00,000 Warrants at a price of Rs 35/- per warrant.

Indus Hospitality Fund Ltd has been allotted 78,82,200 equity shares, Blue Ocean Investment Trust has been allotted 16,44,300 shares and Mr. C Satish has been allotted 5,00,000 warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.60.75, up by Rs.2.85 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60.75 and low of Rs.55.05.
