Jupiter Bioscience to consider placement of securities

Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 13, 2006 to transact the following:

1. To analyse and discuss on the subsequent offers received from the Investors for the Company's proposed placement of equity shares of the company / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and other options.

2. Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders scheduled on December 28, 2006 has been postponed and the next Extra Ordinary General Meeting date will be decided in the Board Meeting to be held on the December 13, 2006.
