Jumbo Bag allots 11.6 lakh sahres

Jumbo Bag Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 11,60,000 Equity Shares against share warrants issued on November 17, 2007 vide SEBI order dated September 14, 2007 to one of the Company's promoter M/s. Balaji Trading Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd., who was holding 1172200 (17.20%). After this allotment the above Company is holding 23,32,200 (29.248%) shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.29.95, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.35 and low of Rs.29.15.

The total traded quantity was 164171 compared to 2 week average of 163747.
