Nandan Exim EGM approves increase in share capital

Nandan Exim Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2006, have approved the increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs 15/- crores to Rs 25/- crores.
