Prudential Sugar Board to consider allotment of CRPS

Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 400000 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) for Rs 200 lakhs to IFCI Ltd.
