ORG Informatics to issue FCCBs / GDRs / ADRs upto US $15 million

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, inter alia, have passed the Special Resolution authorizing the Board of Directors of the Company to create, offer, issue and allot Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and / or Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and / or American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and / or other Depository Receipts (DRs) and / or Securities representing Equity Shares upto an aggregate amount not exceeding US $ 15 Million or equivalent amount in Indian or any other currency.
