Kerala Ayurveda allots 497642 shares at Rs.60

Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Allotment Committee was held on September 16, 2006, has considered the allotment of 4,97,642 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at an issue price of Rs 60/- per share to M/s. Champion Investments Ltd, Mauritius. Meeting approved the above allotment as per the terms and conditions approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
