Lakshmi Precision Board to consider preferential issue proposal

Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 12, 2006, to consider and finalize the proposal for issue of 10,00,000/- Equity shares of Rs 10/- on Preferential basis in accordance with SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Allotments.
