Ind Swift Laboratories allots 15 lakh debentures

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2009, has allotted 15,00,000 Secured Non Convertible Debentures of Rs 100 each on private placement basis. The debentures will be redeemed in different trenches in next 48 months.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.25, down by Rs.0.50 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47 and low of Rs.44.50.

The total traded quantity was 57480 compared to 2 week average of 163817.
