Ansal Properties QIP issue bids on, closes December 6

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the bid for the Allotment of Securities for Proposed Qualified Institutional Placement, has opened on December 04, 2006 and the proposed date for closing is on December 06, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, one of the directors, Mr R C Vaish also holds additional directorship in Spice Communication Pvt Ltd and the same shall be updated in the Final placement document.
