Asian Tea to consider draft prospectus of proposed public issue

Asian Tea & Exports Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on December 11, 2006, inter alia, to consider the draft prospectus for the proposed public offering of equity shares and any other business of the Company.
