Subex Azure seeks EGM approval for sponsored GDR issue

Subex Azure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2006, inter alia, to consider calling an Extra-ordinary General Meeting for approving the proposed issue of Sponsored Global Depositary Receipts by the company.
