Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 05, 2009, to consider the proposal of issuing warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis pursuant to Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000, to promoters / promoter group and / or non-promoters of the Company, subject to necessary approvals., in addition to other items on the Agenda.
