Axtel Industries EGM to approve issue of shares / warrants

Axtel Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2006, has decided to convene EGM on January 04, 2007 for the approval of the members u/s 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to issue equity shares / warrants to be exchange with 20,00,000 equity shares to the Directors, their relatives / associates.
