Ashok Leyland Allots equity shares on conversion of 250 notes

Ashok Leyland Ltd has announced that the Board Committee at its meeting held on December 04, 2006, has allotted 3,55,645 shares of Re 1/- each on conversion of the above 250 Notes.

Further the Company has informed that, taking into account the above allotment, the total issued and paid-up capital of the Company as on December 04, 2006 is Rs 132,33,01,285 consisting of 132,33,01,285 equity shares of Re 1 each.
