IT People completes GDR issue

IT People India Ltd has announced that the Company has successfully completed placement of GDR and the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 25, 2009 approved & allotted equity shares of Rs 2 each represented in the said GDR.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.49, up by Rs.0.69 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.49 and low of Rs.14.49.

The total traded quantity was 7160 compared to 2 week average of 9576.
