Agro Dutch to allot Convertible Warrants

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2006 has allotted 1,00,00,000 Convertible warrants on preferential basis to the promoters/promoter's group, detailed as under:-

1. 10,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 27.50/- each convertible within 18 months from the date of allotment of Warrants into 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid at a premium of Rs 17.50 each to Sh. Malvinder Singh, a promoter of the Company.

2. 10,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 27.50/- each convertible within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants into 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid at a premium of Rs 17.50 each to Sh. Gurpreet Singh a promoter of the Company.

3. 30,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 27.50/- each convertible within 18 months from the date of allotment of Warrants into 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid at a premium of Rs 17.50 each to Vishwa Calibre Builders Pvt. Ltd, a promoter's group Company.

4. 50,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 27.50/- each convertible within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants into 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid at a premium of Rs 17.50 each to Penta Homes Pvt. Ltd, a promoter's group Company.
