Agro Dutch to issue 2 crore warrants

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2009, inter alia, has decided to issue 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore Only) fully convertible warrants to the Promoters / Promoter's associates and other associate Companies of the Promoters on a price as per SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.71, up by Rs.0.02 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.99 and low of Rs.12.80.

The total traded quantity was 73162 compared to 2 week average of 53067.
