Sabero Organics approves issue of 55.80 lakh warrants

Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2009, has approved issue of 55,80,000 Optionally Convertible Warrants to the Promoter Group, Person Acting in Concert with them & other than Promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23.05, down by Rs.0.55 or 2.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.90 and low of Rs.21.70.

The total traded quantity was 214556 compared to 2 week average of 77638.
