Unichem Laboratories allots 1700 equity shares

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2009, has allotted and issued 1,700 equity shares of Rs 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2004 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.193.70, down by Rs.2 or 1.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.203 and low of Rs.191.10.

The total traded quantity was 19110 compared to 2 week average of 15302.
