Man Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2009, inter alia, to consider preferential issue of warrants to promoters of the Company.

To consider and decide on day, date, time and venue of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.50, up by Rs.2.70 or 6.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.50 and low of Rs.43.25.
