Jindal Hotels to consider warrants issue on May 24, 2009

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2009, to consider to issue Warrants convertible into Equity Shares at a future date on Preferential Basis and other related matters i.e. increase in authorised share capital, alteration in memorandum of Association etc. (subject to the approval of shareholders).

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.45, up by Rs.0.95 or 4.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.55 and low of Rs.19.25.

The total traded quantity was 21795 compared to 2 week average of 5435.
