Lesha Energy allots 10290000 shares

Lesha Energy Resources Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2009, has allotted 1,02,90,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 5/- per share to other than promoters on a preferential basis, by way of share swap to shareholders of Gorlas Oil & Gas (P) Ltd., to acquire 100% shareholding of Gorlas Oil & Gas (P) Ltd., as per resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 04, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.57, up by Rs.0.83 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.57 and low of Rs.17.57.

The total traded quantity was 3824 compared to 2 week average of 3543.
