Sabero Organics to consider preferential issue on May 21, 2009

Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the Preferential Issue of 55,00,000 warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.80, up by Rs.1.25 or 6.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20 and low of Rs.18.40.

The total traded quantity was 81162 compared to 2 week average of 81122.
