Gammon India to consider preferential issue on May 21, 2009

Gammon India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider and discuss Fund Raising Options through issue of Warrants on Preferential basis.

To approve of draft notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.133.65, up by Rs.19.55 or 17.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.136.90 and low of Rs.115.

The total traded quantity was 1119552 compared to 2 week average of 283927.
