Jubilant Organosys cancels FCCBs on redemption

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of US$ 35 Million issued in 2004 fell due for redemption on May 15, 2009. The outstanding amount of these bonds viz, US$ 3,00,000 was paid to the bondholders.

All these FCCBs have now been cancelled.

The stock closed the day at Rs.157.50, down by Rs.5.50 or 3.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164.90 and low of Rs.135.

The total traded quantity was 42871 compared to 2 week average of 71976.
