Era Infra fixes Price of Share Warrants at Rs 85

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2009, has fixed the price of Share Warrant to Rs 85/- per share.

The stock was trading at Rs.81.40, down by Rs.6.05 or 6.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.98.50 and low of Rs.79.

The total traded quantity was 164034 compared to 2 week average of 100895.
