Lesha Energy to consider allotment of 10290000 shares at Rs 15

Lesha Energy Resources Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2009, inter alia, to consider allotment of 1,02,90,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 15/- to be allotted to other than promoters on a preferential basis, by way of share swap on preferential allotment basis to below mentioned shareholders of Gorlas Oil & Gas (P) Ltd., to acquire 100% shareholding of Gorlas Oil & Gas (P) Ltd., as per resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 04, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.16.74, up by Rs.0.70 or 4.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.84 and low of Rs.15.35.

The total traded quantity was 4777 compared to 2 week average of 4185.
