Winsome Yarns approves preferential issue of warrants

Winsome Yarns Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2009, inter alia, have passed the resolution to issue convertible warrants on Preferential Allotment Basis and to increase authorised Share Capital of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.11.80, down by Rs.0.03 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.42 and low of Rs.11.80.

The total traded quantity was 5200 compared to 2 week average of 15791.
