Classic Diamonds to allot 7.5 lakh warrants

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2009, has decided to allot 750000 Preferential Warrants to the Promoter and has fixed the date of the EGM as June 15, 2009 and approved the notice of the same to give effect to the above decision.

The stock was trading at Rs.12.88, up by Rs.0.50 or 4.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.07 and low of Rs.12.55.

The total traded quantity was 25388 compared to 2 week average of 29466.
