Agro Dutch to consider warrants issue on May 22, 2009

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of fully convertible warrants to the promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.9.10, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.20 and low of Rs.8.84.

The total traded quantity was 7107 compared to 2 week average of 21634.
