Bajaj Hindusthan to issue 1.45 crore warrants to promoter at Rs 52.14

Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has announced that pursuant to the authority granted by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 04, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2009 has approved the issue of 1,45,00,000 Warrants to the promoters, each warrant entitling the warrant-holder to subscribe for and be allotted one equity share of the face value of Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 52.14 per share, being the minimum price computed in accordance with the SEBI Preferential issue Guidelines.

The stock was trading at Rs.105.70, down by Rs.0.40 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.108.75 and low of Rs.102.

The total traded quantity was 1271583 compared to 2 week average of 5433087.
