Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2009, inter alia, to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company.

To consider issue of Shares / warrants on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20, up by Rs.1.50 or 8.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.35 and low of Rs.18.50.
