VXL Instruments allots 6660600 warrants

VXL Instruments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2009, has allotted 66,60,600 warrants convertible into Equity Shares to the applicants as approved by the shareholders of the Company in the EGM held on April 29, 2009 at a price of Rs 11.20 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.10, down by Rs.0.07 or 0.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.10 and low of Rs.11.
