Visesh Infotecnics to consider preferential issue on May 18, 2009

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue of equity shares / warrants convertible into equity shares, on preferential basis, to certain bodies corporate / promoters / directors of the Company / and other investors on a price not less than the one calculated as per SEBI formula.

To consider resignation / appointment of statutory auditors of the Company.
