Rei Agro to consider raising funds on May 16, 2009

Rei Agro Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2009, inter alia, to consider, discuss and take decision on raising funds through Right Issue of equity shares / issue of ADR / issue of GDR / issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds / placement to QIBs etc.

To convene the Extra Ordinary General Meeting for taking the consent of the Company for the above.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54, down by Rs.3.50 or 6.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.90 and low of Rs.53.70.

The total traded quantity was 290070 compared to 2 week average of 462782.
