IFB Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held May 11, 2009 allotted 891599 no. of Equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible employees of the Company under Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.29.05, up by Rs.1.35 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.05 and low of Rs.28.10.
