Aryaman Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2009, inter alia, to consider raising additional funds by way of issuance of Debt, Equity, or any other security convertible into equity shares including any preferential offer, in one or more tranches , as the Board may deem fit.
